Is your current setup a standing desk? Most standing desk frames have a cross bar that connects the legs, which in theory should limit any significant sagging. It seems to me that bamboo and hardwood should be fairly similar in terms of load bearing and sagging. Is a bamboo top quite close to hardwood in load capability and durability? Or are they magnitudes apart?ĭoes any of them suffer chips and dents more than the others? I will soon probably add another arm and 32' monitor so even more weight.
